First of all, welcome to Tess Linton VA! Thank you for visiting, I really appreciate you taking the time to check out my services. Here’s a little bit about me – I have worked in administration in the private and third sectors since 1996. I’ve worked for huge companies such as BT, Bellway Homes and Hewlett Packard. I have also worked for small companies with a handful of employees, and in the charity sector.
I am a committed, enthusiastic and highly organised administrator with extensive secretarial experience and a willing attitude. I’m IT proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Software and WordPress CMS, and with the major social networks. I have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the confidence to communicate at all levels. I have a proactive approach to service delivery and client satisfaction. And I am able to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and work under pressure.
My background in the third sector lies in a mix of fundraising, client support and administration. This means I have a vast amount of experience in working & dealing with a variety of people and their individual needs, as well as all issues relating to confidentiality and safeguarding.
Outside of my work, I like to volunteer, read books, watch movies, and visit galleries and museums.
